Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you fall under the category of buyer's remorse or would like to exchange the item with us you would be responsible to pay for the return shipping.
Any item that is damaged/defective or incorrectly sent to you we will pay for the return shipping if applicable. A photo may be requested to verify what item was sent to check our inventory as well as to show the state of the received merchandise.
Can I cancel my order?
We work very hard to ensure that orders ship out as fast as possible. Most orders that are placed by 3pm EST ship out the same day. We do not postpone orders for a cancellation guarantee.
If you would like to cancel an order please call us ASAP and we will work hard to accommodate the request.
If the order cannot be stopped all you would have to do is ship the item back to us and we will waive the restocking fee
How does store credit work?
Store credit can be applied to any phone order and does not diminish or expire. All you have to do is request to use your available credit at time of purchase and we are happy to apply it for you. If you owe any additional amount on the order this can be paid for by credit card, check, or money order.
Do I need an RMA#?
RMA stands for return merchandise authorization. Our company uses these numbers to track a returned item to ensure the customer involved receives their reship or refund ASAP. Without this number the package may be delayed in our warehouse slowing the process of the reship/refund.
Please call or email us your request for return so we can assist you with the process.
Please make sure that you also get a tracking number with your shipment back to use to verify the item is successfully returned to us.
Any item without an RMA label may be refused by our company and returned to the sender. This would result in a loss of your shipping fee to us.
Do I have to include any paper work with my return?
Once you receive and RMA number we ask that you write it on the outside on a piece of paper and tape it on the outside of the package. Please do not write on the box in permanent marker.
You will receive and email with you sales order from our company at time of purchase. Please include a photocopy of this with your package to help us identify your order incase the RMA tag falls off the package.
How long until I receive my store credit or refund?
If the credit is a partial credit or refund and no product is being returned, the funds will be available within 24-72 hours.
If merchandise is waiting to be returned back to our warehouse, the funds will be available 3-5 business days after it is received.
As we approach the holiday season we may be slightly delayed based on volume of requests. We will work hard to keep the above timetables to ensure the best service to our customers.
Can I exchange my order?
Of course you can! We understand that sometimes a product may not live up to the use or needs as you may have originally planned. All we request is that the item be returned in its original packaging with all parts, packaging material, and instructions.
Please contact our representatives by phone or email to set up the exchange. They will provide you with an RMA number to start the exchange process.
For a faster turnaround on receiving your new product you may want to place the new order to get it to ship out and then we can take care of the return separately if the item is time-sensitive.
